How it Works

Clients send us copies of their transcribed medical records or written records along with nursing notes via fax, overnight courier or over the internet using our Scanning Solution.

Our coders read the entire report, we then assign physician and facility charges with appropriate ICD 9 and CPT codes.

We then send your billing department the coded cases within 24 - 48 hours for data entry. We can also enter the data into your billing system via off-site access.

If there is ever a coding question our coders can call or email the physician to discuss the case.

Feedback is given to your staff regarding documentation deficiencies and missed or lost charges.
